This Is Who We Are
This is how my journey began……
Starting out in the catering industry as early as 2002. I have worked for many different employers over the years. When working back then I always enjoyed my job, serving customers and keeping them happy with a smile. Working as single mum and as hard as you do, I thought why couldn’t I do it for myself? It wasn’t until 2011 that I first ever worked at a canteen on a construction site. There was a completely different insight, a buzzing atmosphere and sense of happiness.
The team I worked alongside with was working under pressure along with myself, to ensure that all these workers were fed within a time frame. After that I work for another employer that was also in this industry. It wasn’t until then, that I saw that in this type of catering sector had lack in many ways.
From then I got the strive of passion and fire to wanting to make difference in this catering sector for an industry that was building and regenerating a greatness within the construction world.
